Mysterious Numbers in Sholazar Basin

I know this is probably known to everyone apart from myself, and is probably part of a quest. But i came across these numbers last night... Seemingly Mysterious (but probably not ;))


Kinda reminds me of a Lost episode...

But not really, anyway... Bed time for me :P
